Two classy east side establishments come out on top this week, celeb friendly French Bistro La Goulue and the only-classy-folks-allowed, The Four Seasons Restaurant. I enjoy seeing these two eateries on top because they are legitimate, honest restaurants. Not some sort of half club half restaurant like some of their competitors. Enjoy!

I get why Pat O'Brien and Martina McBride were there(and if you don't get it you should have been there too) but Samuel L. Jackson, that is quite a let down. Wow what a boring week for sightings outside of NYC restaurants, bars and clubs. There were a ton of sighting at the US Open but that does not really count. Its not like those people would hang out in Queens if it was not the US Open, so it is only misleading and that's why it is not included in the list. In other news, I think it is safe to say that the Gramercy Park Hotel is by far the most popular hotel amongst celebs visiting NYC and rightly so the design rocks and its one of the more discreet hotels in the city.
